While an e-commerse store might get more eyeballs the product if the goal is to attract mechanics who specialize in vehicle suspension, then would it be better to target them?
Speaking to their ideal clients scared Rashidah. She thought "being too direct online would turn away their one-off customers." Pointing her back to the goal, a bit of wisdom prevailed after cautioning that being general in her messaging would prevent her from getting contracts with the mechanics who could give her the status she is seeking.
THE RESULTS
When the website was launched, they onboarded two mechanics who specializes in vehicle suspension, earned 15 subscribers from the E-Book I designed on the 'need to knows' about the material polyurethane, and without much SEO marketing, their website is now number 4 on page 1 of Google's local search.
