PAYMENT OF PROJECTS

1. All designs come with the design interview and must be paid for when the project is solicited. 

2. Samples are considered part of the project and aren't created before there is a project on the table.

APPROVAL OF SAMPLES

1. Samples are only considered approved once it is accompanied by your signature via docusign.

2. You have three (3) days to approve samples or the job is considered abandoned without refund!

PRODUCTION OF JOBS

1. Samples that are officially approved are immediately attached to a bill with the appropriate job information relating to the production of your job. 

2. The green light on production is only considered official when the bill is accompanied by your signature via docusign.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS OF PRODUCTION JOBS

1. Official bills can't be canceled and the jobs are nonrefundable!

DELIVERY

1. Completed jobs are accompanied by an email.

2. Completed jobs are delivered, two (2) days after completion.

3. Completed jobs are considered received when the invoice is accompanied by your signature.
