If you are a NEW customer with The BrandTUB® follow instructions below to add to your payment roster.

FOR FIRST CITIZENS BANK LIMITED CUSTOMERS

Sign in to your online account
Go to Manage Payees
Click the green plus (+) sign and select the Custom Payee Information
Enter the Payee's Name and go down to the last box titled "Customer Payee Information"
Enter the Account Number of The BrandTUB® and click submit
You will be given a security question for verification. After you have been verified, The BrandTUB® will now become a payee on your account.

FOR ROYAL BANK (TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO) LTD CUSTOMERS

Sign in to your online account
Go to Send to Local Bank
Fill in the information accordingly
Press Continue to view your invoice prior to the payment
and to approve hit Send.

If you are an EXISTING customer with The BrandTUB® follow instructions below to send a payment.

FOR FIRST CITIZENS BANK LIMITED CUSTOMERS

Sign in to your online account
Go to Payments
Enter your Transaction PIN (which your branch would have given you)
The amount to be transferred
Select the account The Funds will be transferred from
Select the Account the funds would be transferred into
In the description box, enter the details of the payment
Specify when the money should be transferred and click submit

FOR ROYAL BANK (TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO) LTD CUSTOMERS

Sign in to your online account
Go to Send to Local Bank
Fill in the information accordingly
Press Continue to view your invoice prior to the payment
and to approve hit Send.

If you do ongoing work with The BrandTUB® thats paid monthly, your payment will now automatically be transferred according to your documentation at this point.
