What Is A One-Page Website?
One-page websites are so yesterday. I rather talk about One-Page Projects. It's the purpose of a landing page with the size and function of a website absent the huge financial commitment upfront.
Here are some basic questions I encounter during one-page projects.
-
A What-a?The One-Page Project, in some cases, can be like the cover of a book! It prepares the "prospect" to experience your brand.
-
Is The One-Page Project™ a landing page? No! A landing page isn’t a website; it’s a page that’s disconnected from your website that is used for the specific purpose of generating leads from people interested in a product you might be launching or a specific service you might be selling.”
-
Who needs The One-Page Project™?Someone anxious to get online fast! Someone in need of a brand created from scratch. Someone who needs to develop key talking points for their brand!
-
What type of business owner is The One-Page Project™ for?The One-Page Project™ is for entrepreneurs who, despite being averse to showing up to the party in the same dress as everyone else, find it difficult to express what's different about them!
-
Is there an option to expand The One-Page Project™ in the future?Yes!
-
What platform do you use to build the website?I use the WIX platform to build The One-Page Project.
-
How to get paid on the WIX platform from a client?A prospect can pay you through your website using a pay link from Buzzpay.
-
How can I pay for The One-Page Project? You can pay for the one-page via online banking or Buzzpay.
-
Who is Buzzpay?Buzzpay is a local online payment processor. Think Paypal.
-
Who uses Buzzpay to transact online payments?UWI and Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business are just the noted few currently using this payment processing platform.
-
Does it matter that the prices are quoted in TTDS?Costs will appear in their respective currency once viewed from their respective countries.
-
What are the processing fees involved in the online transaction using Buzzpay?Currently, .45c US / $3.04 TTD and 4.5% TT of total cost.
-
How long does it take for the money to reach into your bank account? When a payment is received it takes four (4) working days to be confirmed.
-
Why am I unable to see the cost in the "Amount to Pay*" section?"You are required to create an account with Buzzpay in order to send your payment. You can do so with either your Facebook account or create a Buzz account. However, should you prefer not to you can pay via online banking.
-
What am I unaware of when it comes to getting a website, putting my business online, and working with The BrandTUB®?"I wrote a blog about this very question. You can get your answers there.
